Madrid Sin Gluten (Gluten Free Madrid) is a non-profit regional, registered in the Register of Associations of Madrid. Its mission is to work for the benefit of the entire coeliac customers to keep informed and provide care to coeliac residents in Madrid.
The Association was formed on June 14, 2013, under the Organic Law 1/2002 of 22 March. Surge initiative of a group of coeliac seeking to be united and connected to the rest of coeliac associations of Spain and the Federation in order to be informed and move forward together in improving the quality of life of people affected by this ailment.
